PANO attaches a great deal of importance to the protection and confidentiality of its customers’ private lives, and more specifically their personal data.
In the context of the subscription to PANO services and during the provision of these services, PANO collects the following categories of data:
1. Identification data: surname, first name, postal address and email, telephone number, etc.
2. Invoicing and/or payment data: bank details, payment methods, consumption, etc.
3. Usage data: subscribed services, products used, consumption, communication, etc.
4. Customer relation monitoring data: requests for assistance, correspondence with the customer, etc.
PANO uses your data for contract management and fulfilment requirements. This includes the management of your Customer account and the contractual relationship, the installation, maintenance, provision and management of the subscribed service or product ordered, the provision of assistance and the processing of your requests, invoicing for the service or product, the management of claims and disputes and recovery procedures, also via third parties.
This data is kept for the time required for the management of the contract and/or during the legal period.
Without this data, PANO could not execute the services to which you have subscribed.
PANO will also be able to use your data when there is a legitimate interest.
Your data will accordingly allow PANO to asses and improve its services and to develop new ones, as well as carrying out customer loyalty, prospecting, survey and promotion actions.
Unless you object, you will be able to receive offers from PANO, via mail, as well as emails and newsletters for promotional offers, general information, etc.
PANO will also be able to use your data to respect its legal obligations (including anti-fraud laws, laws on money laundering and provisions concerning the delay or lack of payment by the customer) and/or to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities.

Data that PANO needs for the purpose for which it has been collected, required in order to respect a legal obligation and/or statement or to exercise or defend rights in court may, however not be deleted.
By writing to PANO, you can also define directives relating to the fate of your personal data after your death.
In the event of a complaint to which PANO has not given you a satisfactory answer, you can write to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des libertés (CNIL) responsible for the respect of obligations in terms of personal data.
PANO implements the actions required in order to protect the personal data that it processes. Your data will be processed electronically and/or manually and, in any event, such that its security, protection and confidentiality are ensured in terms of its level of sensitivity, via administrative, technical and physical measures, in order to prevent loss, theft, use, disclosure or even unauthorised modification.

Your personal data is processed by PANO, the companies from the PANO group and its subcontractors and partners, for contract management and service fulfilment needs that you have requested or authorised.
Your data can also be sent to third party service providers who provide services or assistance and advice to PANO.
On request, it can also be transferred to individuals and authorities for whom and for which access to personal data is recognised by the law, regulations or provisions coming from authorities authorised by the law.
The subcontractors and partners of PANO may be located outside of the European Union. When this subcontractor or partner is located in a country which has not been recognised as ensuring a suitable level of protection, PANO requires it to comply with its security and privacy requirements for your personal data and to only process your data for the purposes that it has determined.
